I ordered a jacket and it showed up way quicker than I expected. The updates were easy to follow too, so I always knew what was going on. No problems at all, I’m really happy with it.

I had a good experience in the store. The staff were friendly and helped me find the right size, which I really appreciated. The queue moved a little slowly, but overall it was fine. I’d say it’s worth stopping by if you need a bit of help while shopping.

I had to reach out to Reiss about a delivery update, they replied quicker than I thought they would. The first message was a little generic, but once I sent over more details they looked into it properly and kept me in the loop. It wasn’t totally perfect, but overall the service was decent and I didn’t feel like I was being ignored.

I ordered a dress from reiss and was genuinely pleased when it arrived because the colour looked almost exactly like it did in the photos online.
I’d been half expecting it to turn up way lighter or weirdly different, because that happens so often and it’s ridiculous, but the shade was right and even looked the same in daylight.
It makes such a difference when the pictures are actually accurate. Definitely makes me feel more confident ordering from them again.

"Really solid tailoring overall"
The jacket fits really sharp, and the trousers have a clean, polished cut. To be fair, I wasn’t expecting it to look quite this good right away, but the tailoring feels well done and the whole outfit comes together nicely

"Checkout was almost suspiciously easy"
Bought a jacket and the checkout was so quick I almost didn’t trust it. No weird extra steps, no payment drama, nothing trying to redirect me into some mysterious internet maze. Then the confirmation email showed up straight away, which felt a little too efficient, like someone behind the curtain really had their system locked in. But hey, jacket ordered, no issues, so I’m calling it a win.

Ordered a jacket and trousers from reiss.com. Went with my usual size. Both fit just right. No odd tight spots. Sleeves weren’t too long either. nice not having to return anything.

I’ve ordered from Reiss a few times now, and I really like their style. The clothes always have that clean, polished look without feeling like you’re trying too hard. The cuts are usually great too, especially the jackets and dresses, and I pretty much always get compliments when I wear them. They’re definitely not cheap, but for the design, it feels worth it to me. My only thing is that any small quality or delivery hiccups feel preventable at this price point.

I’ve had a good experience with reiss.com so far. The items I’m after are usually actually in stock, even in my size, which isn’t always the case with other shops. A couple of times I’d seen things sold out elsewhere but still managed to get them from Reiss, so that definitely made things easier. The shopping side is simple enough, though I do wish some of the instructions and details were a bit clearer at times. Overall, it’s been a smooth and much less annoying way to shop.

"Everything turned up just right"
I ordered a jacket and trousers from REISS and, it all came exactly as it should. Right sizes, right colour, right items, no random mix-ups or anything. The packaging was neat too, which was a nice touch. Compared to some other orders I’ve had where... yeah, this one was just really smooth. Happy with it.

Ordered from Reiss and got the confirmation email pretty much straight away. Nice. The tracking came through not long after and was really easy to follow, so I always knew where my parcel was. Smooth. No hassle or messing around at all, and everything went exactly how you’d hope. Happy with it and I’d definitely order again.

"Still Looks Good after Months"
I bought a reiss jacket last winter it’s held up way Better than I thought it would. I’ve worn it loads — on trains, to work, and even out in the rain a couple of times, and it still hasn’t lost its shape.
No loose stitching, no weird fading, nothing annoying like that so far. It definitely wasn’t cheap, but it Actually feels like something that’ll last, which is pretty much what I was hoping for

"Good size range and easy to find mine"
I usually shop on reiss.com because they actually keep a decent range of sizes in stock. I’m often stuck between two sizes, so it’s handy being able to order both and try them on without spending ages searching around.
The size filters are easy to use, and I like that you can see what’s available on most items straight away. Just makes the whole thing a lot less annoying. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d definitely use it again.
